Measured, not promised
What progress looks like
No star ratings, no invented client stories. Here is the honest version: the markers a structured block produces when you actually run it.
Weeks 1–3
Breathing and bracing hold without coning. Technique locked on the main patterns.
Weeks 4–8
Load starts climbing on hinges and squats. The lower back stops being the thing that quits first.
Weeks 9–12
Glute and back volume shows. Waist reads smaller because shape changed, not because you starved.
Block two
Periodization resets around your new baseline. The program gets harder because you earned it.

How results get tracked
Every block is measured against the last one. Loads and reps on the primary lifts. Bodyweight trend, not daily weight. Sleep, steps, and recovery markers. Technique video reviewed for actual mechanical change, not effort.
If a number is not moving, the program changes — not the client's willpower. That is the difference between a data-backed system and a pep talk.
Founding Roster
Be my next success story
Odin Physique Systems is opening a small founding group of postpartum clients. You get the full protocol — core rebuild, hypertrophy blocks, rowing conditioning, macros built around your actual week — and my direct attention on every metric.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
